So difficult to get through to them. Today, the phone system wouldn’t work. On other days, I got through, but no one picked up the phone; I left a message several times, and no one called back. 3 referrals had to be sent by the nurse in the doctor’s office before they agreed that they received the referral. The aide is wonderful but the office is frustrating!

My mother is basically a shut in and she receives help every day whether it be to clean her apartment, run to the grocery store, or a companion to play scrabble she has it through Connected Home Care. And the people that care for her really really care and love helping people. It is also great for me and my siblings. We all have very busy schedules and if she wasn't getting this excellent care, we would have to compromise our work schedules to help do all the things that Connected Health Care does. Every time I get the chance, I tell all of my mother's helpers how much we appreciate them and how we couldn't manage without them! Keep up the good work Connected Home...read full review

TLC/Connected Home Care has been providing home health aide care for my 88 year old mother for over a year. The aides that come to the house are wonderful, always professional and do an awesome job assisting my mother. The scheduling girls in the office are superb, very professional and are usually able to fill all the shifts. They maintain great communication with me about the schedule. I highly recommend this agency for home health care needs.
