Within 15 mins I received a call back from Fatima. She answered all my questions. She took the time to explain the process rent vs buying. She worked with me every step of the way. I made the decision that this is the company I wish to give my business to. Carlos was also pleasant to speak to. The had billed incorrectly at first and he wanted to explain what had happened. The initial charge was canceled and recharged correctly. He called me before I noticed. Manny delivered the bed. We have been extremely pleased with all communication and quality of the product.
