They arrived on time, worked quickly and professionally, carefully using their large crane to remove the tree safely from the roof. “Steve removed a lot of trees from my back yard, and he gave me a very fair price. It was a difficult job as my back yard was only accessible from my neighbor's property. And while my neighbor allowed access, that's where her cooperation ended. Steve had to work around her fence, which she wouldn't allow to be properly removed (on my tab). Steve removed the softer wood, and left the hardwood, as I asked.He supplied his insurance information quickly. They promised me over and over that they were going to take my trees down. They strung me along and never did the job, and then left for the winter. “Very happy with the service we received from Bartlett. We really wanted to have people who were knowledgeable and focused on tree and environmental health rather than just cutting trees down when we became concerned about a couple trees that seemed unhealthy. Julian did our evaluation, came up with a comprehensive plan and within a matter of weeks a crew was out and addressed the removal of a couple trees, trimming of some others, and a support for another tree to strengthen it. They finished a pretty extensive job in only a few days and cleaned up like they were never there.
