I've done business with Bartlett for multiple work projects over the years. What I really like is that the Arborist doesn't come across as a salesman, but seems genuinely focused on making things better. I've actually been talked out of cutting down a set of trees, he came up with better solutions. They have saved a whole row of hemlocks that were dying. 3 years later, fully cured. In general I would not hesitate to use them again.
Julian and the Bartlett team were wonderful with helping us in our backyard. A storm took down half of a birch tree and Julian provided a detailed assessment, made additional recommendations for improvements/work in other areas of the property and got a day on the books promptly. They were flexible and accommodated some specific requests, and were very responsive via both phone and email.
If we have more tree needs in the future, we'll be sure to go with Bartlett again!
