B & R did an exceptional job for me yesterday. I live in Wayland MA. They were four people, including the owner himself and they pruned several trees removed several trees, trimmed bushes, did some directional pruning as well as some major pruning/ thinning of mature trees . They also removed some trees and saplings all as I was watching. They were flexible, modified to my requests. They also cut down a few extra branches on other trees that had not even been in the original quote. They were so very accommodating and extremely professional. Bernie and his crew did a perfect job! They showed up with not 1 but 2 bucket trucks and other equipment! Through the process his crew was always coming to get me to make sure they were doing what I wanted. If there was something extra I wanted, they gladly complied! When Bernie cam to look at the scope of work I wanted, he picked up on issues and concerns the two other potential tree service companies did not!
