New American Tree
“Wow! We contacted New American for a quote on a really tricky, and unsafe, tree removal in a back wooded area of our yard. The tree was clearly dead and could fall at any time. So: He came the same day to check it out, gave a thorough look, and crafted a thoughtful plan (if we wanted to move forward with him). For such a tough project, the quote was reasonable. We agreed, and the next morning (!) he was there with his team and handled the project in a few hours. It was a dangerous, but they handled it quickly to prevent any damage or harm if the tree fell on its own. We are impressed with his responsiveness and willingness to engage with a challenging project. The team handled it professionally and moved, then replaced, a few pretty big compost bins we had in the way. Overall, we are happy with our experience and grateful for the tree to be down.”
