Tony came back the next day with a theory it was linked to the septic system even though all other plumbing was working fine. He was correct, impressive and it was actually an electrical/plumbing issue. Price was ok as he charged me for two hours labor and added a new wax ring as well as a water line to the toilet at no cost.“
