We had a plumbing problem preventing installation of our new stacked washer and dryer. I called Greenlight Home Servicers and spoke with Josh at 2:30 PM today 06/26/2026. I sent a picture via text to him of the problem hardware. At 4:15 he had completed all the necessary repairs and submitted a reasonable bill. I look forward to referring Josh to family and friends when they are in need of a plumber.
Joshua Kane and Harry were exceptional. They returned our call immediately and arrived early within the window of time given. Our hot water heater was replaced the same day with full explanation and price disclosure.
