“After I discovered my water heater needed replacing I reached out to Mike via his website request form. He contacted me the next day and set up a time the following day (due to my own schedule, he would have come same day!) to check out the heater. He gave a very reasonable quote that included replacing some funky piping situation around the heater as well. We were able to schedule for the replacement two days later. So the whole process from me sending the contact request to install took all of four days. He and his team were super punctual (always incredibly appreciated). Being a female homeowner, it hasn’t always been easy to find contractors who treat me like I have a modicum of knowledge, but Mike and his entire team were respectful, amiable, and there was never a single iota of condescension from anyone at any point. They replaced the heater in less than two hours, and everything was left neat and tidy. Mike will absolutely be my go to for plumbing from here on out!”
