The experience with RCL was fantastic from beginning to end. At first Mark came out to give us the quote. He went over everything that we needed to know. And that was going to happen. 2 days later, Robbie and Ethan came out and installed the new AC unit. They did a fantastic job, finishing it in a little over 4 hours. Overall, I would work with them again and again.
I see why they are rated so high. Had an emergency due to user error. Called several shops. Got the run around by all of them. It was six in the afternoon. Once I called rcl , they were at my home and finished the job in a prompt and professional manner. I will never use another company as long as RCL is around. Shout out to Sergio.
