I have used the Falmouth location with confidence for many years. They are responsive, reliable and have reasonable and fair pricing. A recent misunderstanding was resolved to my satisfaction quickly and politely. I highly recommend them.
Adrianne in the office was great to deal with and the plumber, Mike, did a great job and explained what the issues were and how he was addressing them. Some parts needed to be ordered and Adrianne proactively called me to set up a follow-up appointment, which I appreciated.
