They have numerous classes for all skill and experience levels and offer private lessons too! The Lab even has competition-specific classes for those who are serious about competing at local, nation-wide, and/or within prestigious/high level organizations. As a regular competitor, the Lab offered/offers me the unique opportunity to train for competitions with others who also have similar competition goals and rigor—something often not offered at other gyms. Further yet, as a woman competitor, it is often a challenge to find gyms that draw in other women competitors to train with; the Lab has skilled, experienced, and competitive women on their mats.
