After the job is done, I felt like my condo is so much bigger and comfortable with all the modern design and fixture Dmitry got me. “We worked with Gerry to get an estimate on rebuilding our front porch. Gerry came to our house for an estimate and he walked through various approaches, options and materials for the project. Gerry then promptly shared detailed estimates for the project and promptly made adjustments and additions to the plan. Overall he was a great partner!

We've had a change in plans on our side but would definitely consider working with Gerry and his team again in the future.“

“NEDC completed remodeled our bathrooms about nine years ago, and they have held up great. But recently one of the rollers on the shower door broke. I contacted them just to see if they could identify the parts we neeeded and where to get them, but they went much further, finding the part and vendor in their records, working with the vendor to find a replacement, and had it sent to our house (at no cost). I was able to do the repair myself, but NEDC made it clear they would send someone to help if needed. It's a big relief to know that even after 10 years, as things age and wear out, we can go back to NEDC for help keeping things like new.“

This last one he and his team replaced our entire 100yr old slate roof (with new slate he sourced from the same quarry as the original), repointed the chimneys, all new sub roof, rubber roofs, copper work, new gutters, painting and stucco repairs. His esthetics are meticulous and thoughtful. He thinks about the budget, the history of the property and the client. He is easy to work with, clear, straight forward and professional.
