I have been seeing Tracey For Energy healing work for several years now. I started coming occasionally after my divorce as an alternative to traditional therapy. Over the last few years, I’ve made it a consistent monthly practice. She has helped me to recognize that my desire to control outcomes was holding me back from experiencing true joy and abundance. I leave every session feeling calm, more in control of my emotions and optimistic about the future.
This is the best place for massage therapy! Their team are all kind and knowledgeable. I usually see Helen, who is wonderful, but have also had massages with Darrah, Nina, and Sam who were also excellent and thorough - very skilled in their craft. Their shop is very cool - full of crystals, herbal remedies, artisan gifts. The business is women-owned, which is also lovely! I can’t recommend this local business enough.
I had an amazing experience at my acupuncture appointment! Everyone was so welcoming and sweet, my intake was caring and understanding, and I felt very safe and comfortable during the treatment. And the fluffy assistants were just the perfect addition! Also the store is fantastic, I could get lost in the magic there for hours. 😅 Definitely coming back!
