I was given new home therapies to do every week, they were able to stretch and release tightness through massage and dry needling. They often used humor as a distraction during some of the more painful techniques . I am now almost completely back to full function without needing surgery! “Over the years I have had various pain, mobility, and strength issues related to overuse and poor technique (and sports that lend themselves to overuse issues - volleyball, tennis, racquetball).
