“A great contractor is hard to find! We recently hired Henrique Santos of Elite Service Contractors to repair rotted wood along the house foundation, repair rot damage under the sliding glass door and to rebuild our deck. When Henrique saw the initial level of damage, he felt that other areas of the foundation should be evaluated. He found and photographed several additional areas of severe rot damage and areas where the original builder failed to add vapor barriers and drainage channels which resulted in the needed repairs. Henrique opted to repair with the Zip Wall system and this was then installed along the entire backside and a front portion of the house. Due to the amount of damage, an element of mold remediation was needed and this repair by his team was performed and passed inspection. We also had his team add rain gutters around the home. Henrique has a great eye for design too! He sent us a drawing of the new revamped deck, made suggestions on what would look good and built us a beautiful deck that matches our outdoor living space beautifully. We were so impressed with their professionalism, suggestions and attention to detail. They were always prompt, courteous, and kept us informed throughout the entire process whether in person, email or text. The repair work took many weeks, was completed on time and within budget. The quality of the work was exceptional and we are extremely satisfied with the results.We would highly recommend Elite Service Contractors to anyone looking for a reliable and skilled contractor for their home improvement needs.“

“Salisbury construction was recommended to us for our project by New England Sheds and Gazebos. We were having a garage built and needed a foundation. To say that our site was a challenge would be an understatement. We had to deal with and historic society and a Conservation commission. Ben Lapin and his team did an excellent job with the many issues that arose during this process. His communication skills were outstanding throughout the whole process. Any questions that I had were promptly answered, and telephone calls were always returned. I really appreciated all their patience and dedication to their jobs with the utmost professionalism.

“We had called JEP Contracting when we had noticed some rotting wood around our french doors in our dining room. We really were just planning on replacing the doors but due to the deck being built incorrectly and not a step down from the door frames, they had suggested bringing the deck down to the appropriate level. And we weren’t sure how much damage there was to the wood etc. We have a very large deck, wood. We decided to bite the bullet and demo the entire deck and replace w composite. I had originally planned to replace my french doors w a slider and two window panels but in the middle of the project I changed my mind and decided on a double slider, which meant we needed a large beam to hold up the second level. We also needed to redo our pantry closet which was a door to nowhere. From the start of the project, where Patrick had designed the deck and door and pantry, to the completion, everything was so smooth. Patrick was there everyday for any questions and updates and to make sure everything was running smoothly. Ryan, who is Patrick’s right hand man, was always there and did anything and everything you needed. Along w the double slider, things changed w the pantry also and had a custom made pantry closet. It was not a big deal at all for the changes. Only thing we had to wait for was the door from Anderson but sometimes stuff happens! Overall, the experience was amazing. If I had any concerns, they were addressed and I had no problems! Everything was done beautifully and I couldn’t be happier w my new doors (the dining room was also freshly painted, and half the hardwood replaced and sanded/stained), my pantry closet and my gorgeous deck! I would call JEP contracting back for any larger project I needed going forward. I would also recommend to anyone looking to remodel! Showing some before and afters.“

“5 stars! Steve is the absolute best contractor in central MA. He just completed a major renovation of our home. New paint, new floors, rebuilt walls, moved windows/exterior doors/walls, moved & installed new kitchen, renovated primary bath, installed new half bath & new full bath, rebuilt staircase to code, new drybar, renovated fireplace. The list goes on and on. He brought in outstanding subs as well. He and his brother Paul became part of our family. They were respectful and careful of our things. They were on budget. Their craftsmanship is meticulous and it shows. We had a well known structural engineer from Boston review the project; he took Steve's card for referrals because he said Steve was the best contractor he had ever worked with - he knew his math and engineering and was in sync with everything the structural engineer said. The cleaning lady we had come in for an estimate for a deep clean said we don't need a deep clean, just a deep dust - she had never seen a job site so clean (we got the estimate while still under construction). If you need a contractor for anything, Positive Home Services is absolutely worth a call.“

I was impressed enough to hire him for a bigger project of replacing the pluming and faucets on 3 sinks. I had very old and odd piping. He gave me a resonable quote and kept to it! “We had such a great experience with BBS. Rosa and Ciro were always in communication with us and helped with all of our insurance claim issues. Originally, our insurance company was not going to cover much for water damaged we had throughout the house. We had BBS directly contact our insurance agent, and they were able to help us get approval for all damages to be fully covered - a new roof and completely new hardwood floors in 3 bedrooms that had water damage from roof leaks. I thought that would be it, but they even painted all of the bedrooms after! Their workers are detailed oriented, polite and I had no concerns at all.
