Horrible builder, bought a new home from Heney Construction and the only thing I got was a headache. Does not honor warranty of his properties, the contract he gives you once he sell you a home is useless. Screens his calls and ignores all emails. Ask any home buyer in Douglas about this contractor and they will tell you what type of person he is. Don't give this company your hard earned money since they will take it and run and leave you with a broken home.
