“The physical therapy plan ordered by my orthopedist called for over 30 visits to Bay State. Each time I was greeted by enthusiastic and friendly staff. Judy and Christy were very professional and helpful with appointment scheduling and insurance related questions. Keith O’Hara, my primary therapist, was engaging, professional, and extremely competent. He guided me through each stage of the therapeutic process until full recovery. I highly recommend Bay State to anyone faced with post-traumatic, or post-surgery physical therapeutic needs. You will be in great hands.“

“When I first started working with Kevin I was having trouble bending down and walking around and was in pain most of the time. By the time I finished I was able to run around with my kids playing soccer and don't have any pain at all. All in a span of about 2 months!

I would highly recommend him to anybody who is suffering. I was skeptical going in that this would make any difference, and I couldn't be happier to have been wrong!“

Healing Hands of Westford Physical Therapy

“I had such a wonderful experience with Lynn at Healing Hands for lymphatic massage. She is incredibly kind, warm, supportive, and truly cares about her clients’ healing. She even proactively connected with my doctor to come up with the best healing plan for me, which meant so much.

Her hands are truly magical. After just 4 sessions, my scar tissue and puckering have gone down significantly, and I can really see and feel the improvement. She is also very easy to get in touch with and makes scheduling appointments simple and stress-free.

I’m so grateful I found Lynn and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for compassionate, knowledgeable, and effective lymphatic massage care.“

“I couldn’t say enough positive things about PTC. We started in the Manchester office and loved our team so much we followed them. Kelsey, Meaghan, Emily, and Alex are such wonderful therapists and we are so lucky to have them in our village. Even though our son has graduated PT, Meaghan still follows up with us and checks in with him before or after sessions just to see if there’s anything she can help with, and to make sure he’s still set up for success. Our boy couldn’t even jump up with two feet and her hard work and expertise had him exceeding all his milestones during the last PT evaluation. Kelsey has attended countless IEP meetings with us, has answered emails with tons of our questions, has made herself available to us for any and all meetings we need her guidance or wisdom on, and continues to strengthen our sons speech and articulation, where we came to her borderline nonverbal. She is SO educated and really sets the bar high for all the students she takes under her wing. Alex and Emily are so patient and knowledgeable with our sons sensory needs, and has also attended meetings with the school to help bridge the gap between fine motor skills being the focus in a public school setting, and offers insight on things that can be done in a classroom setting to help keep him regulated and ready to attend to his work. Emily and Alex’s have helped our son learn how to draw shapes, and letters and has worked so hard on getting him to legibly write his name. There are not many outpatient services for children with special needs or who need some extra help mastering speech, or other skills, but PTC picks up the slack with their top notch facilities. So proud to be a PTC family!“
