I sought out physical therapy to help with shoulder and arm discomfort and weakness and was assigned to Carolyn Marcelo at ATI Acton. I appreciated the smooth intake process, quick reception and no wait for each appointment, and the super friendly, knowledgeable and responsive staff interactions. I also really appreciated receiving hard copies of all my exercises in addition to online access with pictures and videos. Carolyn Marcelo is wonderful. She listens attentively, makes adjustments to exercises based on feedback and what she observes, educates and explains, and manages to give individual attention to multiple clients. I feel like they really take time to listen to you and value your cane. Meaning like do you take time to find all the pressure points to where the pain is or find ways like exercise at home they also talk to you about the muscles in the human body, and why the pain is there? I don’t know this is really good nice people very friendly very open. Feel very comfortable.

Three people in family have gone to PT at ATI and our experiences have been great. Excellent, longtime staff. Very professional, clean facilities, delivering excellent PT results for all of us.
