The physical therapists are great to work with, they listen to what you are saying and work out the best treatment plan for you. I have had PT for several different issues and was always pleased with the outcome. I like having the app and having my exercise routine at my fingertips. There’s even a video if you forgot how to do the intended exercise. They’re great.
