The physical therapy plan ordered by my orthopedist called for over 30 visits to Bay State. Each time I was greeted by enthusiastic and friendly staff. Judy and Christy were very professional and helpful with appointment scheduling and insurance related questions. Keith O’Hara, my primary therapist, was engaging, professional, and extremely competent. He guided me through each stage of the therapeutic process until full recovery. I highly recommend Bay State to anyone faced with post-traumatic, or post-surgery physical therapeutic needs. You will be in great hands.
Jody successfully treated me through two knee replacements that occurred just three months apart. She is excellent at her job and has a tremendous amount of knowledge and experience. Jody answered all of my questions clearly and thoroughly, which made the entire recovery process much smoother and less stressful. I would highly recommend her and Baystate Physical Therapy to anyone needing physical therapy.
Judy at the front desk was also fantastic. She was very personable and helpful, working with me to set up all of my appointments and resolve any scheduling conflicts that came up. Her friendly and supportive attitude made a big difference in my overall experience.

Excellent PT services by Keith!! He was professional, kind and caring! Judy at front desk and other staff were so welcoming and friendly! Hopefully I will return to Baystate after my spinal surgery!!
