To help us save energy, we divided our house into four heating zones and IDB installed new thermostats and the wiring through the walls running all the way from the basement to the finished attic on the third floor. “After experiencing one too many power outages some years ago, I contacted Tom at TMB Electric about getting a whole house generator. After a site inspection, Tom walked me through all the options and was invaluable in helping my wife and I make the final selection. They handled everything, arrived on time, cleaned up the site, and came in on time and on budget.It has been a few years and every time I have had a question or (minor) problem, Tom has bent over backwards going far above and beyond what I expected to make sure we were happy. Just prior to this past 4th of July weekend we had a power outage and the generator did not kick in. Even though it was after 6 pm, I left a voice mail asking for a call back the next morning. Not only did Tom call me back within a few minutes - he spent enough time on the phone with me to help me troubleshoot and get the generator working.I can't say enough good things about this company. Norm is always super responsive and will do everything to get your project done quickly, neatly and super professionally executed. He even added a solid peace of wood on top of my stairs to access the attic in order to make it easier to get to the top! He installed my EV plug in a very short notice (despite his very busy schedule) so I could plug in my new EV car the day of delivery. “Great work at a reasonable pace. To the review with the trash- looks like a plumbers cut pvc pipe and scrap plywood from framing. Only electrical waste is the cat 6 box. Most likely fell out of the dumpster while being taken to be emptied. Would recommend these guys to anyone.“
