My electricity went out around 7 pm and I could not figure out the problem. I called Sorenson and the electrician called me back immediately. He was on the NH border and would not be able to make it to my location. He walked through various steps to help figure out the issue. He was so patient and kind!! We had my electricity back up and running in no time. Thank you, Sorenson. You guys are the best!!!!
In full disclosure, I actually did not use Sorenson Electric, but only because I am based on mid Cape Cod and their business is on the North Shore. Wally called me back and spoke with me for 12 minutes, talking me through my project. He gave me great advice and he was listed first on Angi.
I needed an outlet replaced so I called Sorenson Electric and I had the best service! Wally's professionalism and knowledge helped me feel comfortable and confident that I was receiving high quality maintenance. I'll definitely be using Sorenson Electric again for all my future electric servicing needs!
