“I can't find enough good words to describe the awesome services my family received from Steven M Parker electric, from the moment we called late evening after a tree fell and knocked our powerlines down to the awesome job he did in no time the next morning. He came that evening 20mins after the initial call, stayed and waited a long time for the power company , then walking us through what needed to be done( I was clueless). Came back the next day very early( called at 8:30am) was here before 9am , did an excellent job with the inspector , hewas willing to do other people's job just so we could be comfortable ( like calling the power company when he didn't have to just to check on their ETA.) After a site inspection, Tom walked me through all the options and was invaluable in helping my wife and I make the final selection. They handled everything, arrived on time, cleaned up the site, and came in on time and on budget.It has been a few years and every time I have had a question or (minor) problem, Tom has bent over backwards going far above and beyond what I expected to make sure we were happy. Just prior to this past 4th of July weekend we had a power outage and the generator did not kick in. Even though it was after 6 pm, I left a voice mail asking for a call back the next morning.
