They got an experienced electrician out to us quickly, and as it turned out, rainwater had infiltrated our electrical panel and corroded all of our wiring and circuits. They gave us a very fair price to replace the main power cable, meter box, and electrical panel, and squeezed us in quickly so we could get the repairs done before it rained again.
