We switched over to using Holmes about a year ago and we have been extremely happy with their service. We have a very old home in Newton and have an AC system that was retrofitted to try to cool this big old house. It has never worked perfectly, but in the past couple years, it’s been extremely problematic. The staff and service people at Holmes have been extremely helpful and have come out multiple times, more than I can count, in the past year to get this system working adequately. We have been customers of RP Holmes for many years. They are not only highly competent and professional, but also very personable and dedicated to client service. When we recently had frozen pipes, the team at RP Holmes responded quickly to resolve the issue. They are so trustworthy that we gave them independent access to our house. We recently resolved that problem with moving a basement pipe; the thought and creativity that went into the resolution was impressive and appreciated. We highly recommend RP Holmes for any plumbing need.
Excellent service and communication for a Furnace replacement in a Victorian with tight access to the basement. Four -6 men were here at varying times. They came early, worked late, then had to come the next day. All services were completed skillfully for the original 1 day quote. No extra charges, though installation and removal of the old furnace were difficult in my space. New furnace works great!
