“In my role as operations manager for NorthEast Electrical, I am responsible for our 46 Locations throughout New England, which includes the maintenance and upkeep of each of our facilities. We have several cleaning companies that perform the daily cleaning. I was introduced to Jhonathan and his team 3 years ago and since that time I have expanded our relationship with them to include several of our locations, most recently awarding them with the contract for our headquarters and Central Distribution Center in Brockton, a 440,000 sq ft facility. “Rich and Connie are the pros of all pros. Needed carpet cleaned in a condo urgently. To make matters worse, it was Sunday on the city wide move out/in day. Got lucky that Rich was available even though it was Sunday. They came on time and when I saw them pushing 2 carts full of equipment, I knew they meant business. Carpets had pet urine stains and enough pet hair to make a hat.

They explained the whole process and started off. First came out a carpet brush or a rake, I didn’t even know things like that existed. They started pulling out so much pet hair, I was shocked. They removed all urine stains and other pet stains, of which there were many. Cleaning it took an hour or 2 and it was absolutely spotless after. Carpet looked as good as it did when it was new. Smelled really good too, not overpowering or perfume-y. Just a hint of freshness.

Overall, extremely happy with the work. Even happier that they were willing to accommodate us on such short notice.“

Luis & Juan just left a few minutes ago after a total catastrophe we had with an overflowing sink on the 2nd floor. They arrived in just over 2 hours from my initial call, surveyed the situation quickly on three floors and started right in with measurements and mitigation. So far the experience has been great. They were calm, but knowledgeable and efficient. They assisted in every way possible. Right from the start, we felt confident that the process was underway and headed in the right direction. They took the time to answer every question as they were working. Our understanding is that after this initial 3 day period to stabilize the situation, further mitigation will be required. Both my wife and I quickly built trust with Luis & Juan and would appreciate if they could continue to be part of our process going forward. It has been (3) weeks to the day and both mitigation and removal of all unwanted materials is complete. Luis and Juan were excellent to work with throughout the entire process. They showed up every day and worked diligently, cleanly, and carefully on all the demolition that was necessary. They left everyday with the house picked up and tidy from that days work. We have received daily emails from Kim documenting that days progress and demolition supervisor Wally has been available for any question. Today we met with demolition supervisor Wally and reconstruction supervisor Sean to survey the completion of demolition and start the process of reconstruction. Sean was clear-cut in terms of the process going forward, expectations and time frame. At this point, our experience so far has been excellent! As we turn the page, we look forward to working with Sean and his crew to complete the reconstruction phase and get our lives back to normal. Thank-you! S & K

We received an email yesterday from Kim confirming that our insurance company had received the full proposal of the work to be completed for reconstruction and we are awaiting acceptance to move forward.
