John was early, polite, and did an incredible job! He was very friendly and answered all my questions. And by the end our chairs, stools, and carpets looked brand new. I would highly recommend Lovejoy carpet care to anyone!

John from Lovejoy came right on time and got to work on two area rugs, a stair runner and a tiled back hallway. He was very thorough and worked on a few stubborn spots. He recommended a few spot cleaning tips for the future as well as a complimentary product designed for wool.
John was very professional and respectful of our home and worked in a timely fashion. 5 stars!
