“Bruce Stivaletta of Stivaletta Corp. solved two tricky construction problems I had. First a home basement was flooding during a major storm and nobody else was interested in helping. Bruce immediately came over and installed a sump pump under extremely difficult conditions. The second problem. Bruce replaced a drainage pipe under a driveway after the first company punctured the two-house gas line. After the line was repaired Bruce was able to carefully replace the drainage pipe without incident. I wholeheartedly recommend he bid your project large or small. His prices are fair, and his work is superb. I plan to ask him to bid the next house.“

“Modern Yankee Builders did a multi-room remodeling for us. They were involved from the conceptual phase (the beginning), through planning, all the way to the end. It was a great experience from beginning to end, everything was fantastic from the design ideas to the professionalism and punctuality, and of course the work itself was beautiful. (And Joe is a great guy, important if he's going to be around your house for a while). A few years later now (2017-first project was 2013), we've had Joe back to do a massive remodeling project for us, we demoed an entire floor of my house, studs, floor, and exterior wall included. We rebuilt a family room and master bed/bath in the space. As always with Modern Yankee, every detail is beautiful and all timing issues and unexpected problems were taken care of. There are so many remodeling horror stories out there that they're almost the norm; with Modern Yankee everything stays on schedule and ends up looking even better than imagined. And as before, Joe is a pleasure to work with, always important for someone that's going to be around for an extended period of time. “A neighbor referred me to Di Matteo Plumbing. I was looking at replacing an old water heater 50 gal tank to a small energy efficient tankless water heater. I had received quotes for several big name plumbing companies in the area. This was a bigger job but I did some research on costing etc and the big companies were off the reservation. DiMatteo was the only company that provided me a reasonable quote and I liked the idea of the father/son family concept. I didn't really vet whether they did these changeouts but entrusted them with the project. I was NOT disappointed. Enio guided by dad did a BANGOUT JOB. They did go above and beyond my expectations. They came on-time, did the job in the expected timeframe and built a custom shelf for the water to be snuggly mounted into the wall. The only hiccup in the operation was when my dog Cosmo took the liberty of introducing himself to Enio's dad. Enio's dad does not like dogs. They even fixed the blemishes that the other high priced plumbers left without asking. 5 stars. I highly recommend Di Matteo plumbing.“
“Five stars does not do justice for this incredible company. This past year we had a construction project which combined two bedrooms and an old bathroom into a master suite. It was a major project taking down walls, relocating plumbing, and designing a walk in closet. Ben and his team were incredible. Communication from Ben on a weekly and daily basis to inform us of the plans for the next week and each day as the weeks progressed. We have never worked with anyone who was so good at communications. Quality.........the entire team which included plumbers, electricians, tile workers were professional and provided quality beyond expectations. I would recommend this company for any construction desires. Thank you Ben, Adam and the entire team. We love our Master Suite.“

I detail the entire experience in more detail below.JB Cote Construction’s crew was great and very professional. We appreciated the care and respect shown to our home as well as their expertise. After our contract was drawn up, we realized there were a few items that were not on the list and they accommodated us where they could which was awesome. We also supplied the crew with an incorrect mirror, and it wasn’t until after installation we realized it was the wrong size. Feeling embarrassed I let them know and they happily took it down and boxed it back up for us with no issue. Another mirror we supplied was broken before they arrived, whoops. The crew showed no signs of frustration with my ineptitude. I cannot stress how pleasant and professional they were.When we realized one door opened the opposite way we would have liked, JB Cote sent someone over to adjust it very promptly. We were very happy with how they wanted everything to be right. There was a bit of confusion regarding the contract, and it's something I needed to pay more attention to, but it did not impact our view that this is a 5 star company.JB Cote has been the best construction company we’ve worked with since moving to Rhode Island. We were quite happy with the quality, professionalism, and responsiveness with communications. We plan to work with them in the future with further housing projects.“

“I had been a customer of rodenheiser plumbing for about twenty years. When it came time to install a six bedroom septic system in my home, I naturally chose to ask rodenheiser excavation to do the work for two reasons. One, I wanted a firm that understood the complexities of a six bedroom septic, and I was impressed with Bill rodenheiser's knowledge about the subject when he came to my house to examine the property and the site of the work. Second, his company has been in business for close to one hundred years so I felt that if I should have any problems with the septic system in the future, his company would be available to solve potential future problems. I was very impressed with the two men who worked on the mechanics of installing the system. They were very professional in demeanor and were the hardest working men I have ever met. They began their work at seven thirty and worked until dusk every day until the job was completed. They seldom stoped for lunch and never took coffee breaks. The septic system was installed and the inspector who examined their work for the town told me that their work "was first class and top of the line". It should be noted that the town of Weston where the septic system was installed has the rodenheiser excavation corporation on their short list of approved proved contractors for the installation of septic systems in the town. I would highly recommend this company, especially Bill rodenheiser and his crew as installers of septic systems. I would grade their work as superior.“

“Five stars for Mr. Fence from us. Salesman Ed deserves special recognition for having the patience to remain so pleasant during my indecision. Due to his hanging in there with me and offering guidance and suggestions, we came up with a beautiful job.Actually it was two different jobs at the same time. One job was an aluminum pool fence. That came out stunning. We also had a compatible white vinyl fence with black aluminum posts at the top at the other end of the pool area. Outstanding!!!Then we had a white vinyl privacy fence installed on the far right property line after the removal of 22 arborvitaies. This was time sensitive and Ed and Dan managed to pull it off.We've had so many compliments. I can't believe I waivered and waffled so much. Ed's patience equalled 100 per cent satisfaction.Finally, to the workers who I don't know. They were so professional and did such a beautiful job. No clean up for us.
