I got some bursting pipes over the winter and discovered that a room was lacking isolation. As a recent homeowner, this discovery could have been overwhelming but John and team were super reactive, generating a reasonable quote and coming to do the repairs (which included breaking the floor and wall to isolate properly and close everything). Thanks to their efficiency I was able to get water back and avoid further pipes damages.
John also followed through to make sure that I was satisfied with the work and that it was holding up properly.
