John and his team were reliable, communicative, and skilled. We worked with JMS to take down a wall and install a beam to open our main living space. Despite difficulties with the lumberyard engineers and inconsistency from the city permitting office, John was dependable and solutions-oriented. We always knew what was going on, and he was a true partner in making decisions. I also really appreciated that the team left the workspace tidy every day.
Recently used JMS Partners for partial basement remodel and they were amazing to work with. Very responsive and helped us translate our ideas into a great finished product. Team working onsite were respectful and very clean!
We’ve been using John and JMS partners for a few years. They’ve finished a basement, redone decks, leveled part of our home, put in hardwood flooring, and replaced exterior siding, and painted the outside of our house. As you can guess from the fact that we keep calling them back, we’ve had an exceptional experience. John’s experience, exacting standards, and personal touch combine for an exceptional product - over and over again. I can’t say enough good things about him and his team and we’ll continue to hire them for future work.
