“We hired All Times for a complete gut renovation of our primary/master bathroom in January 2024 after they were recommended by multiple friends and they are everything you’d want in a contractor! The owner, Eliel, is responsive, fair, efficient, kind and trustworthy and so is every member of his team. Having people in your home can be disruptive, but his guys were so careful, respectful and incredibly hard workers, it truly didn’t phase us as much as I thought it would. We didn’t work with a designer, so when I was having trouble with some decisions, Eliel was very helpful. He gave his honest opinion, which led to us saving some money in the long run and getting the most out of our space, even keeping our two windows I was having trouble parting with! When I wasn’t happy with where I had them place the vanity, his guys were back here next day to fix it with smiles on their faces despite the extra work. They are all just the nicest guys. Our bathroom turned out beautifully and we feel good knowing everything was done the right way by a seasoned contractor. Do yourself a favor and hire Eliel for your next project, big or small, you will not be disappointed!!“

“Bruce Stivaletta of Stivaletta Corp. solved two tricky construction problems I had. First a home basement was flooding during a major storm and nobody else was interested in helping. Bruce immediately came over and installed a sump pump under extremely difficult conditions. The second problem. Bruce replaced a drainage pipe under a driveway after the first company punctured the two-house gas line. After the line was repaired Bruce was able to carefully replace the drainage pipe without incident. I wholeheartedly recommend he bid your project large or small. His prices are fair, and his work is superb. I plan to ask him to bid the next house.“

They plan well, they communicate well, they are professional, kind, and thoughtful. They gave me some excellent advice on tweaks to my plan that I am extremely grateful for. They take your home as seriously as if it were their home that they were going to live in. They are detail-oriented and proud of the quality of their work. The subcontractors they work with for specific elements of the work (tile, painting, electrical, etc), have the same attitude and approach. The team also takes your wallet seriously - with honesty about the real cost of things and the places were it does and does NOT make sense to save money if you need to. I will also say - especially as a woman - that they never made me feel stupid for not knowing something. They were always happy to explain, which has not been my experience in the past. Don't bother getting quotes from other contractors - just work with Patrick, Ryan, and the rest of the Britton Homes team.“

“I had a situation with two runs of (15 year old) clogged floor channel in my system. I spoke with Lori in Design and she patiently talked me through the available options and set service up for me the next day.Chris and Maxwell arrived early next morning to set up and prep. Chris and I discussed what was happening in the system and what was going to occur during the job. Everything was completed and tested by early afternoon and they did a terrific cleanup on what was a very messy job.Next evening (March 6), we had very heavy rains and the system handled it without issue.I’m very pleased with the outcome and happy to have worked with these excellent employees.“

We contracted them to rebuild our home after a house fire and could not be happier with the overall process and outcome.Roselmo was clear, patient, and transparent throughout the project evaluation. He provided a quote which included all the costs he was certain of, and the variable costs. His projections perfectly matched the final bill.Once we signed the contract, Jonatas managed the overall project execution. Like Roselmo he was kind, patient, and honest. His teams worked 6 days per week from 7:30am-6:30pm, and there was very rarely ever a day without workers on site. Most helpfully, he provided us advance notice of upcoming decisions we would need to make with enough time for us to give them proper consideration (paint colors, fixtures, closet locations, etc.).Once we moved back into our home, they executed the punch list of final items within days of us notifying them.It is without reservation that I recommend Pessote Construction, and have asked that Roselmo pass along my contact information to anyone looking for a reference call.“
