I've been to plenty of massage therapists over the years (I've moved several times) and have conditions that require me to need massage therapy often. I had a spinal infusion many moons ago and I absolutely need to take care of my body. I'm always weary to work with just anyone because I need to trust that the person I'm with will be sensitive to my needs and KNOWS what they are doing when it comes to a spinal fusion. I'm also a very active woman- taking HITT classes, weight lifting, skateboarding etc. I also NEED a higher pressure massage which not all therapists can do.
