I was feeling super sluggish and had been dealing with some pain from an accident in 2015. I had been dealing with some moderate swelling in my legs and I decided to add massage into my healing journey, so I looked into lymphatic drainage massage to help speed things up and take care of some underlying discomfort. booked a Flowpresso and lymphatic drainage massage appointment with Cathy and not only did I fall asleep I was so relaxed I left feeling this sense of overall calmness and lightness. Lymphatic massage is much lighter pressure than the regular deep tissue massage I tend to go for for the sore muscles, IT bands, neck and back pain. I don't know how she did it...read full review
