“Anna, her husband, V, and so many of the other nails techs are absolutely fantastic. I’ve been coming for years and they’ve helped me to grow out my natural nails and maintain them. 10/10 recommend. The salon is a 30/45 minute drive from where I live and I come in every 3 weeks for a dip manicure and gel pedicure because their consistency is fantastic. One of the only salons in the area that does a dip manicure that will actually last for 3 weeks without chipping or damaging.“

Older crowd but a little look into spa culture goes a long way - educate yourself or just wear a bathing suit.
The option for massage+amenities or just amenities is great and a good price.
I would not take my straight male friends here. There are better places for that.“

People usually write reviews when they're upset, and unfortunately I'm upset enough that I won't be driving from New Hampshire to come back again.

I've now had two negative experiences in a row involving the same massage therapist. The first time, my mom had a bad experience with her. This time, I brought my mom with me again, thinking I could advocate for myself and give it another chance.

I don't think she's a bad person, but she was not a good fit as a massage therapist for me. The pressure felt either too light or uncomfortably intense, and I left in more pain than when I arrived. I'm still experiencing significant pain from whatever was done during my session.

What makes this especially disappointing is that the therapist I had previously and the one who worked with my mom today was absolutely amazing. I would book with her again without hesitation.

What bothers me most is the lack of acknowledgment. A small apology and recognition of my concerns would have gone a long way. Had that happened, I probably wouldn't have written this review.

I still believe this location offers excellent prices, and I've had many positive experiences over the years. However, after two back-to-back negative experiences, I won't be returning.“
