My daughter had terrible experiences at other salons in and around Melrose. She was at her wits end and desperate. We had driven by this blue Victorian style house many times and finally decided to give it a shot. My wife called and Nora was extremely accommodating and asked questions that none of the other hairstylists had asked, this showed her years of experience and passion! My daughter's hair is shoulder length curly hair and was asking for a specific hairstyle, Nora not only understood the style but also knew how to work with my daughter's hair type unlike any other. For the first time she loves her hairstyle. Nora is very talented. I would recommend her to anyone!“
