The massage was relaxing, the spa is clean and comfortable and Faby couldn’t have been nicer. She was so helpful with plenty of information and post massage tips. “Tried this spa for the first time. This building has seen better days as I was here about 15 years ago to see another tenant. Unfortunately that's the way it is with most downtown Norwood buildings. The spa itself is dimly lit with a small waiting room. I arrived about ten minutes early and they were able to take me immediately. Large massage room with pleasant touches such as flower petals strategically placed on the floor. Nicely decorated and soothing music with the sound of a babbling brook heard during the massage. The " babbling brook" is a small fountain in the waiting room I had not noticed. My massage therapist Paule gave me a ninety minute deep tissue Thai massage. She was great. She seems to know just how much pressure to use before it can get uncomfortable. Paule and the person I made the appointment with were both friendly and greeted me with smiling faces. Wonderful massage that is just as good if not better as the massage spas in the more expensive resorts -- and just as good as the Thai massages I've had in Thailand! Paule is an excellent massage therapist. I'll be back on a regular basis.“

“I must admit I’ve gone to this place on several occasions to do my eyebrows but never got my nails done there because usually the techs are busy so I go elsewhere. Today was the first day I did my nails there dip manicure and I’m blown away! Their technique is so much more cleaner neater than other places. My nails came out so beautiful even my husband complimented them as soon as he saw them which he has never done all the years I spent going to another place. I highly recommend Sky Spa if you want to pamper yourself. Ha does a wonderful job on my eyebrows but now I see she is a perfectionist at nails to so they have a customer for life!!Services: Waxing“

“Hidden gem of the Boston area! I like their reservation system and the fact that you get the sauna all to yourself. ? We went in for the traditional Russian-style sauna. The space has a private cool-down room before you enter the sauna with water, complimentary tea, lounge chairs, a table etc.Your visit includes a robe, a towel, slippers, etc.I liked that the sauna itself also has a cold shower inside and you can pour water onto the rocks to make it hotter.The sauna has two levels to sit on and the temperature is pretty hot at a max of 190 deg F.There are individual shower rooms that include shampoo, conditioner, a hair dryer, etc. There are also two small locker rooms.The lady who checked us in was friendly and helpful.“
