“Really good experience. Had a signature facial done and it was relaxing. I believe I had Kacey, who was friendly and knowledgeable, she walks you through every step and at the end she helps talk your through the products they offer but gives no pressure to buy any extras! I took off one star because when I have a facial, I prefer having the steam machine prior to extraction to help moisturize my face and open my pores. At Alluna, they use a hot pack thing on your face, and even she said my pores were still pretty closed up. Just a personal preference. Also, I was asking for kind of specific recommendations of products based on my skin type, but she gave more generalized recommendations and told me products are all based on my preference. I prefer when an aesthetician can recommend an item that works with my individual skin type. It was a nice, relaxing experience, my face was glowing afterwards, and I would recommend it to others“
