Most places do not follow up after they've sold you the service. Diane takes comprehensive photos at every step to track improvement. When the result wasn't good enough for her she pursued it with the company and acquired and performed a second peel at no charge. More recently, Diane talked me out of my filler dysmorphia, dissolving old inflated lumps to refill to a more natural shape. Afterward, I was worried about how it was bruising - was it a complication? - and she saw me that night. While it turned out to be just a bruise - not a complication - she could have looked at it, said that's fine and sent me along, instead she and her lovely assistant spent an hour with me to track, explain, alleviate.
