“Diane is obsessive and methodical, attacking my face issues like they were her own! At first I first went to her for a VI Peel for my stubborn melasma. Most places do not follow up after they've sold you the service. Diane takes comprehensive photos at every step to track improvement. When the result wasn't good enough for her she pursued it with the company and acquired and performed a second peel at no charge. More recently, Diane talked me out of my filler dysmorphia, dissolving old inflated lumps to refill to a more natural shape. Afterward, I was worried about how it was bruising - was it a complication? - and she saw me that night. While it turned out to be just a bruise - not a complication - she could have looked at it, said that's fine and sent me along, instead she and her lovely assistant spent an hour with me to track, explain, alleviate. She always of course was taking new photos and referring to Before photos she had taken, to explain what was going on. She also showed me my blood flow using an ultrasound device. She massaged out to improve the existing bruising (ow but thank you).
