“Diane is obsessive and methodical, attacking my face issues like they were her own! At first I first went to her for a VI Peel for my stubborn melasma. Most places do not follow up after they've sold you the service. Diane takes comprehensive photos at every step to track improvement. When the result wasn't good enough for her she pursued it with the company and acquired and performed a second peel at no charge. More recently, Diane talked me out of my filler dysmorphia, dissolving old inflated lumps to refill to a more natural shape. Afterward, I was worried about how it was bruising - was it a complication? - and she saw me that night. While it turned out to be just a bruise - not a complication - she could have looked at it, said that's fine and sent me along, instead she and her lovely assistant spent an hour with me to track, explain, alleviate. She always of course was taking new photos and referring to Before photos she had taken, to explain what was going on. She also showed me my blood flow using an ultrasound device. She massaged out to improve the existing bruising (ow but thank you). Younger Faces is the best kept secret to access someone with the tools and personal drive to help you with your aesthetic concerns.“

“After an accident I had surgery on my thumb and hand a year ago and due to scar adhension formation, had to have a revisional surgery a few weeks ago. After my initial surgery I saw a general OT with another practice to rehabilitate my function and strength and they were great but since I developed all the adhesions and didn't regain full functionality of my thumb, knew I would need another surgery. This time around I wanted to make sure that my rehab would be with a hand focused OT. I had my revisional surgery a few weeks ago and my experience with Spaulding has been nothing but great. I've seen Sara and Carol and Betty and they're all great. I recognize a revisional surgery is very different than my initial trauma surgery, and my recovery will be much different/smoother this time around, but I just feel that their experience with hands, specifically, has and will make so much of a difference for my rehabilitation and get me more functionality! I'm very pleased with my care so far and believe that with their help I'll be able to use my thumb! They are so positive and encouraging.“
