Their customer service is outstanding. The prescription I brought them from my cataract surgeon was problematic and they have been very accommodating and helpful in resolving this for me. I’ve been doing business with Banville since 2019 and I can recommend them without hesitation. I never write reviews, but I had to write this one because their helpfulness and professionalism deserve mention.
I was impressed with the professional staff, the eye exam was more comprehensive than others I have had, doctor was very good. They have large selection of frames, the person who measured where the lenses should be relative to my pupil was very good. They are better than the chain store of have been to.
Dr. Woon is very thorough and explains any changes clearly, making suggestions as to how best to optimize vision for functionality. Her staff is courteous and quite helpful for any eyeglass needs
