“I just wanted to share how grateful I am for the experience we had at Visual Changes Salon, especially with Jasmine. My mom has Alzheimer’s, and getting her to a hair appointment can sometimes be challenging—but Jasmine was absolutely wonderful with her.

She was so patient, kind, and gentle throughout the entire process. She took her time, made my mom feel comfortable, and treated her with such dignity and warmth. It meant more than I can put into words.

And on top of that—my mom’s hair looked beautiful afterward! It was styled so nicely and truly brought a smile to her face (and mine). I can't thank Jasmine enough for turning what could have been a stressful experience into something so positive and special.

“Ellen and Julia are the reason for the stars. Update: since Ellen’s departure it’s been quite difficult to get appointments that aren’t cancelled or rescheduled. Unfortunately, I have purchased several packages that now I’m regretting as there is always a cancellation due to the new aesthetician’s changing schedule. I’m going to see if they can be reimbursed.

Update: Mellisa is a wonderful aesthetician and thankfully I’ve had very few hiccups since I’ve been going to her for facials.“

“This was my first body massage ever. I got a deep tissue massage with hot stones. I’m on a journey of self care so I decided to try this. The room was warm with low lighting and relaxing music. The massage itself was wonderful. I’ve been stressed and my neck and shoulders were tight. I left there feeling great! The stones were so comforting and instantly relaxed my muscles.
