I've got a lot of wonderful things to say about her work, but the best example is for replacement doors for a couple of sheds - she replaced the doors, but they were not painted. The doors were damaged and had to be replaced. Because they were not painted the manufacturer would not honor the warranty. Kelly at her own cost replaced the doors.
