“I just recently used Wicked Smart Exteriors to replace a roof and gutters on my property. I did some pretty extensive price shopping and ultimately Ryan was willing to work with me and find the right price. Ryan was incredibly easy to work with right from the start. He was responsive via email and phone and never once was pushy.During the installation, I noticed a few things that needed to be fixed and Ryan and his team were able to resolve them without an issue. After they completed the job, I noticed one of the exhaust vents on the roof was slightly slanted and I waited to pay them until that was completed. They were able to get to it within the week when the weather permitted and resolved the issue.What was most incredible to me was that most contractors finish the job and barely even give you the time to inspect the work. Ryan was not pushy at all for payment and was professional throughout the entire process. On top of all of that, their quality of work seemed really great.
