Having previously purchased carpeting from Instock Flooring and having had a great experience with them, we again turned to them for a new kitchen floor. The sales person listened to our vision, took into account wall, counter, and cabinet colors, and then made strong recommendations based on that info. They offered bring home samples, including grout color chart, for us to lay out and decide on. Measurement and install went smooth as silk. The end result is a beautifully installed new tiled kitchen floor of which we are very proud to show off. My wife and I strongly recommend Instock Flooring. We will most certainly use them again for our next flooring project.“

“ACS did our installation of LVP, which we purchased from and scheduled with Home Depot. Our experience was fantastic from start to finish. Our installation was scheduled for a Tuesday and Wednesday. When ACS first arrived in the afternoon on Tuesday, the lead installer advised us that our old hardwoods would not have to be torn out, as we had originally been told from the HD estimate. We were happy, as that decreased the time of the job as well as saving us over $3K. The installers arrived on time both days, did an expert job installing the flooring, made recommendations and were concerned about my satisfaction. They moved all of the furniture back to the original places, cleaned up all of their materials, gave me a primer as to how to care for the floors and how to go about getting a refund from HD for the difference in labor costs, and were available to answer any other questions that I had. We’re very happy with the process and the results.“
