“We selected Solid State from 5 companies, and we are very happy with the result (James Hardie siding). Sales person (Adam) was great, he explained what exactly should be done in our case, and his explanations were the most reasonable. Unlike others he did not inflate the price so that he would be able to lower it later, and his price was very reasonable. He explained that we will not pay in advance for unexpected problems like rotten wood because he does not expect substantial problems and he does not want to charge us many thousands in advance for something we most likely will not need (and he appeared right, these extra charges were reasonable and minimal). The guys that did the job were great. They paid attention to everything, they knew what they were doing, and the quality was excellent. They implemented all our reasonable requests and very politely explained why a few requests were not reasonable (they were right!). The workplace was clean at the end of each day.
