“We used Advanced Roofing, Siding and Windows for our roof in May 2023. Leo was available to answer questions when needed, and super flexible on his meeting times when we had to meet in person. The roof itself was done in a day, and the soffits took a few hours on another day. The roof looks great.The only issue we had was that the project did not start when we had planned, but that was because the electrical company did not wrap the wires on time (which is a safety protocol), and did not communicate when they'd be able to. We do wish the communication with that piece was better but knew that was not Advanced Roofing's issue, it was the electric companies.We would definitely use Advanced Roofing again in the future, if we plan to do siding or windows/doors.Service: Roof installation“
“We have used JE Fournier twice (different issues) and they have been amazing. They came quickly, gave us a free quote, and came to complete the project a few days later with no issues both times. We were leaking water around our chimney and our oil exhaust flue broke leaving us unable to use our heat. Not only did they immediately diagnose the issues, they fixed both quickly and professionally. “I recently did a ground up dental office construction project with Wellen in 2019. My project managers were both very responsive, and made the process easy and quick. They built out 4200 square feet and developed over 1.5 acres of forest and vegetation in 8 months. The whole crew of subs were ridiculously fast and while they might not have been the cheapest contractor in the area, I made back my money in terms of building time and was able to deliver the project on time without significant change orders. I would definitely build again with Wellen as they know the area and what is involved to build large projects. Thanks again!“

“Ten Mayberry Condo Association is responsible for maintaining the building and it is important to select an experienced expert in roofing. We interviewed several companies and Evangelous Roofing was the best choice. We chose Evangelous Roofing because it was properly licensed and insured and it was certified by GAF as a master elite roofing contractor. When Ted, the owner of the company, first came out, we described that the building had a few issues that could be considered a bit outside of a normal roofing job. Ted helped us address a problem which involved sealing the building with azek to keep the birds from nesting. During the process, Ted was informative, answered all our questions and was upfront of the cost of the project. There were no surprises and the project cost was inline compared to the other quotes we received but what won us over are Ted’s professionalism and the GAF warranty his business stands by. When the project started, Ted supervised the project during the two days it took to complete, and his team of hard workers did an excellent job replacing the roof and cleaning up! “The deck looks great and we have had it for a few months now and it still looks great. The crew building the deck was discrete and friendly. The experience was good. The only problem we had is that they changed project manager a couple times during the project which has causes some issues and some errors in the schematics, but it was resolved to our expectations. We just had to talk to the owner (who is not much available to talk to customers) to finally get this resolved. I recommend them anyway, they did some good work.“
