I had reached out to Bill on a Monday. I got his company info from the Drexel rep.. He was able to get over to the house that day and take measurements. I provided him with the color of the standing seam we wanted. He quoted and ordered it, but the Supply house provided him with the wrong metal. He spoke with manufacturer and found out the custom color required considerably more for a minimum than what we needed for our project. He provided other colors that he had or could get the next day and still had the roof done in a week.
