For every aspect of the job they used top quality materials (no cutting corners) and the installations were very well done. When something needed a tweak here or there - no problem. Just say the word and they step up to accommodate you. They pay attention to details and take pride in their work.The sales person (Xavier) knows his stuff. He doesn't over promise. They said they could be at our place in 2 weeks and that is exactly when they were able to do the job. They started and finished the roof in one day. They left the jobsite very neat with no signs of debris. The gutters were installed on a separate day but just a couple of days later. The roof and gutters look great. “Tip Top Roofing, John, and the roof installers were fantastic. My insurance company unexpectedly gave me three weeks notice at the end of December to replace my roof or lose coverage on my newly purchased home, so I was in a bit of a panic. John came out quickly to provide a quote and go over options and it was a no pressure sales situation. They were fairly priced and competitive with the other reputable roofers in the area. Once I signed the contract, they worked to secure the permit over the holidays and on install day, an army of installers showed up at 7 am. By the time I got home from work, everyone was gone and I had a new roof. Very satisfied with the work and communication.“

“Ten Mayberry Condo Association is responsible for maintaining the building and it is important to select an experienced expert in roofing. We interviewed several companies and Evangelous Roofing was the best choice. We chose Evangelous Roofing because it was properly licensed and insured and it was certified by GAF as a master elite roofing contractor. When Ted, the owner of the company, first came out, we described that the building had a few issues that could be considered a bit outside of a normal roofing job. Ted helped us address a problem which involved sealing the building with azek to keep the birds from nesting. During the process, Ted was informative, answered all our questions and was upfront of the cost of the project. There were no surprises and the project cost was inline compared to the other quotes we received but what won us over are Ted’s professionalism and the GAF warranty his business stands by. “Small rubber roof ~ 350 sq/ft sprung a leak in the middle of a winter storm. I called several roofers and this organization responded to my call quickly. Owner came out and did a walk around/assessment. Determined due to age of roof (15yrs) it was probably best to just replace it as it had been patched several times before. Owner gave me an estimate of costs, and a timeframe within which he could do the work (weather dependent) his crew showed up on the date and time that we agreed and in one day my wife and I had a new, leak-free roof.
