“Tip Top Roofing is an excellent roofing company. After getting quotes from several contractors, we ultimately chose Tip Top—and we’re very glad we did. We spent about an hour with Robert, the owner, during the quoting process and immediately felt comfortable with his extensive expertise in both commercial and residential roofing. After reviewing the contract and working through a few changes and additions, we signed. Their *no‑money‑down until the job is complete* policy was another major reason we chose them.
The 7–8 person crew arrived promptly at 7 a.m. and began by carefully covering everything before removing the shingles. They worked like a well‑oiled machine—truly impressive to watch. We had a significant amount of trim, fascia, and siding replaced with PVC, along with new chimney flashing, new vent pipe, and a metal ice dam installed on part of the roof. The carpenters were skilled and did excellent work throughout.
We also had three skylights replaced with solar‑powered units, which have been working great. The team put in two solid 12‑hour days, stopping only for lunch, and they were extremely conscientious about cleaning the yard and removing debris. I wish all contracting companies were as easy to work with.
All in all, I would highly recommend Tip Top Roofing not only for roofing projects but also for any exterior carpentry work you may need.”
