“We had such a great experience with BBS. Rosa and Ciro were always in communication with us and helped with all of our insurance claim issues. Originally, our insurance company was not going to cover much for water damaged we had throughout the house. We had BBS directly contact our insurance agent, and they were able to help us get approval for all damages to be fully covered - a new roof and completely new hardwood floors in 3 bedrooms that had water damage from roof leaks. I thought that would be it, but they even painted all of the bedrooms after! Their workers are detailed oriented, polite and I had no concerns at all. “I first meet Mitchell when he came to fixed my stopped up drains last fall. He was honest, personalble and kind. He kept to his quote, which was reasonable. I was impressed enough to hire him for a bigger project of replacing the pluming and faucets on 3 sinks. I had very old and odd piping. He gave me a resonable quote and kept to it! “Salisbury construction was recommended to us for our project by New England Sheds and Gazebos. We were having a garage built and needed a foundation. To say that our site was a challenge would be an understatement. We had to deal with and historic society and a Conservation commission. Ben Lapin and his team did an excellent job with the many issues that arose during this process. His communication skills were outstanding throughout the whole process. “A great contractor is hard to find! We recently hired Henrique Santos of Elite Service Contractors to repair rotted wood along the house foundation, repair rot damage under the sliding glass door and to rebuild our deck. When Henrique saw the initial level of damage, he felt that other areas of the foundation should be evaluated. He found and photographed several additional areas of severe rot damage and areas where the original builder failed to add vapor barriers and drainage channels which resulted in the needed repairs. Henrique opted to repair with the Zip Wall system and this was then installed along the entire backside and a front portion of the house. Due to the amount of damage, an element of mold remediation was needed and this repair by his team was performed and passed inspection. We also had his team add rain gutters around the home. Henrique has a great eye for design too! He sent us a drawing of the new revamped deck, made suggestions on what would look good and built us a beautiful deck that matches our outdoor living space beautifully. We were so impressed with their professionalism, suggestions and attention to detail. They were always prompt, courteous, and kept us informed throughout the entire process whether in person, email or text. The repair work took many weeks, was completed on time and within budget. The quality of the work was exceptional and we are extremely satisfied with the results.We would highly recommend Elite Service Contractors to anyone looking for a reliable and skilled contractor for their home improvement needs.“

“Pull up a chair, grab a drink…this is going to be a long post! When I fell in love with a fireplace surround at an antique store, I wondered if I could find a contractor who could ‘work backwards’ to make a dream happen. I met with two contractors who promptly ghosted me. I though about putting the darn surround on e-bay. Luckily, The Stove Place-where I bought the propane stove- put me in touch with Chad. From the first meeting I appreciated Chad’s confidence, insight and enthusiasm. It’s infectious. He quickly pulled the permits and got to work. The added touch of putting down thick cardboard to protect the floor from all the traffic that was going to happen was extremely considerate. He treated the project like it was happening at his house. He was always on time, one step ahead with planning and very respectful yet easy going and kept mum and I laughing. I felt included with what he was hoping to accomplish each day and even the following day. He organized the electrician and was ruthless with getting the inspections completed. Chad’s skill with framing, dry wall, plastering, anything to do with wood really, is top notch. He works carefully and has a high personal standard that shines through his work. He has a tool for everything. Never did he have to run out to grab anything. He arrives prepared to tackle the unthinkable! I honestly cannot thank you enough for making my fireplace project come to life. It’s by far the best room in the house now! We’re very grateful.“
